Before a Seminar Camp
You will need to complete or be familiar with these forms before a Seminar Camp:Forms
- Pre-Camp 1 - complete via myCISV (fill Programme Data)
- Pre-Camp 2 - upload to myCISV
- Health Form in your Programmes on myCISV
- Adult Legal Form in your Programmes on myCISV

- Visa Sample Letters
- Register on myCISV and then ask your Chapter to assign you to the Programme (see myCISV help notes for guidance)
During a Seminar Camp
If your site doesn’t have internet facilities, remember to download a copy of these documents before the programme starts. You will need to complete or be familiar with these documents during the programme:

- Programme Directors Planning and Evaluation Form (PDPEF) Package (completed both during and after)
- Incident Report Form
- Sending Someone Home Procedure
- As of the 2016 programme year, all participants (including staff and leaders) in international programmes are covered by the CISV Travel Insurance. You can find all the information you need and related links at this page: CISV Travel Insurance

Seminar Camp Age Requirements
Staff
- Must be the proper age on the first day of the programme.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- At least one staff member (but preferably two staff members) must be at least 25 years old
- Junior Staff are not allowed.
Participants
- Must be the proper age on the day of departure for the programme and on the last day of the programme.
- Must be 16 or 17 years old.

- Programme Basic Rules and the Programme Guide. These documents gives specific details of programme age requirements, and will be updated during 2019 to reflect the policy change.
